Interior and Exterior Whole Home Renovations

A three-level home renovation in Sandy Springs including a fully finished basement,all new exterior window and door replacement, refreshed bedrooms and bathrooms, and new oak flooring throughout. Interior updates featured new kitchen appliances, full repainting, and a redesigned grand staircase and entry that modernized the home while meeting current building codes. Mechanical upgrades included new mechanical systems and open-cell spray foam insulation in the attic and basement ceilings.

Electrical systems were upgraded to support modern demands, with careful coordination ensuring a clean integration of all new work. The project was phased to allow the homeowner to maintain occupancy for most of the renovation, minimizing disruption while keeping progress on track.

Exterior improvements include adding a covered main-level patio and a multi-tiered vegetable garden with ample built-in seating throughout.
