Whole Home Damage Repairs and Renovations

After a tree fell on the home, Grand Homes and Gardens managed the project from emergency response through a complete rebuild, working closely with the insurance company while handling all design, permitting, and construction. The exterior was fully refinished with new windows, siding, roofing, gutters, and paint, and a comprehensive drainage and waterproofing system—including a French drain, interior CMU wall waterproofing, and a perimeter sump pump—was installed to resolve water intrusion.

Inside, the home was reconfigured for improved function and comfort, including a full rebuild of the master suite with a new roof structure and a redesigned bath with high-end finishes. Secondary spaces were updated with a new ensuite bedroom, an expanded shared bath, a converted half bath, and a larger, more efficient laundry room with increased storage.

The project was completed with refinished wood floors, full interior painting, upgraded lighting and electrical, a new tankless water heater, and a redesigned HVAC system to match the new layout. Designed and built entirely by Grand Homes and Gardens, the home was delivered on schedule and on budget.
